As a Health Counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life. While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. I take a holistic approach to nutrition, and believe that what we eat is really secondary to other things in life – career, spirituality, personal relationships, passions, hobbies, and exercise – that feed our mind, body, soul. Together, we'll assess what areas in your life are out of balance so that you can stop treating food as a primary source of nurture.
No single diet works for everyone.
There is no single diet that works for everyone, but with a set of simple guidelines, you'll be able to make some positive and potentially life-changing steps toward a healthier lifestyle. If you're now thinking: “Here we go again – another diet guru, giving me restricted rules about good and bad foods”, not to worry. I don´t preach “good” and “bad” – and you will not find yourself in “food hell” when working with me. Food, like with everything else in life, is about bio-individuality – finding out what works for you!

"I have been eating excessive sweets and very large meal portions most of my adult life. Do you accept insurance?
We don’t bill insurance but will work with you to make sure the program fits your budget. Remember, even just a few adjustments can have a huge impact on your health.
How long are the appointments?
The initial appointment is very comprehensive and takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. The follow-up appointments are usually 50-60 minutes. In the interest of our long-term clients we do our best to reduce the frequency and time of sessions.
How often are follow-up appointments?
The first follow-up is usually one week after the initial appointment and from there, based upon the individual and medical condition, appointments are normally every two weeks. Once the condition has stabilized and/or the client is on track, appointments can range from every two to four weeks.
What should I bring with me to the initial appointment?
· Health History Form – completely filled out
· Last blood work and list of medication and supplements (this information is optional and should only be shared with your permission)
· 7-day food log (write down everything you eat and drink)
What is your confidentiality policy?
All of your personal information and our conversations during sessions are completely confidential.
What are the office hours?
All consultations are by appointment only and can be flexible around your schedule. Just email or call to set up your initial appointment.

Do you have Skype, telephone or email appointments?
Yes. We can customize your program so it works for you even when you have a busy schedule.
Do you work with all age groups?
We mainly works with adults but enjoy working with all age groups. Working with younger clients is an essential family affair and we require a parent to be involved in the session(s). Teens can be worked with privately and information will be shared with the parents, if the teen gives permission.
Can I contact you between appointments if I have a question?
Yes, if you have a quick question or need us to clear any confusion from a session we can be reached via email. For multiple questions or a more in-depth discussion we would set up a phone or email consultation.
Do you sell dietary supplements?
We don’t sell direct but we recommend high quality dietary supplements and other products such as natural foods or cosmetics, some found on our Shop page. We may recommend supplements, based on your current health condition, but they are not required.
Once we create a plan together, do I need to come back?
In most cases it is vital to have an ongoing relationship to reach your health-related goals. Occasionally we accommodate one-time consultations (1-1 ½ hours), but the outcome of these depends on the individual’s goals and needs.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer a discount when you purchase a 3- or 6-month program and we also like to offer surprise discounts when a clients shows genuine focused commitment to making better and healthier choices.
